From around the age of probably 11 years old, my bedroom was full of paintings. Ideas of floral print dresses and pleated maxi skirts would somehow make their way from my imagination to a sketchpad and then taped on my bedroom wall. I loved creating them.

Fast forward some 15 years to now and I have somehow wiggled my way into the world of digital creating here on social media. Where I style you and help you dress confidently in your skin. However in the midst of digitally creating, I felt the 11 year old artist struggling to be seen. So about a year ago, I put my pencil (or should I say paintbrush) to paper and started to paint again. It felt incredible to nourish that pre-teen in me again!

And then came the question I asked myself… “How can I use this to serve others and make them as happy as these illustrations make me?” After a few seconds of thought, the idea hit me. To combine the two things I love most. And there is where Made By Morgan was born. A specially, collections-based, custom pajama line that showcases my original hand-painted artwork on fabrics!

To say that this journey has been a labor of love would be an understatement. From dozens of samples to make sure the artwork was depicted clearly and vibrantly, to fittings to perfect the fun ruffle design. Not to mention getting married, buying a house, and finding out I was pregnant in the meantime! With the help of my incredible husband, the Made By Morgan vision was not lost through these exciting life milestones and is finally here!

To be able to share this with you all, the people I love and cherish most, means the world to me. I hope that wearing your Made By Morgan pajamas bring you as much joy as I have creating them.
